CHATEAU DE COUDOT

AOC HAUT-MEDOC

The CHATEAU DE COUDOT is an AOC HAUT-MEDOC (dry red wine) with dominant of Cabernet-Sauvignon and an important proportion of Merlot. A small yield and a careful thinning out the leaves permit the harvest of a ripe aromatic grape with excellent tannins.
A vinification at the edge of technology and an ageing in high quality French oak barrels give this wine all its characteristics : a dark colour, with subtle notes of red and black fruits, toasted bread and cacao aromas, a full mouth, round with a good structure and an excellent ageing potential.
